US Housing Affordability At Worst Level In Nearly A Decade

A new report says housing affordability in the US it as its worst level in nearly a decade. Attom Data Solutions adds US mortgage rates hit their highest level in seven years last month. The national average 30-year fixed rate is now above 4.4%, compared to 3.8 a year ago. Business Insider add wages are rising, but quickly enough to move the needle on affordability.
