According to Reuters, OPEC members are struggling to agree on increasing oil output.
For the last 18 months, OPEC has agreed to cut production by 1.8 million barrels per day, in order to stabilize global market prices and reduce a supply glut.
Back in 2016, brent crude futures were trading around $26 per barrel, but now that price is back up to $74 per barrel.
