OTTAWA, CANADA — Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has announced that Canadians will able to blaze the stick-icky recreationally starting Oct. 17.

Trudeau is giving the green light to brick and mortar shops, online sales as well as growers.

The government estimated it would take eight to 12 weeks between the passage of the bill and full legalization to take effect to give provinces enough time to get everything set up and in place.
