Though the IBCorp team, that Martin Castelo rode for during the 2018 Monster Energy Supercross season, was a Supercross only team, they still supported Martin as much as they could for the beginning of the 2018 Outdoor season. Thanks to IBCorps support and Matin Castelo's solid results at the first two nationals, CycleTrader/Rock River/Yamaha picked up Martin for a fill-in position at Thunder Valley. Unfortunately, the fill-in ride was only temporary and Martin is now sidelined with no outdoor contract, though the racer out of Ecuador continues to ride, train, and hope for another opportunity.
