Yoga expert Ira Trivedi tells us how we can keep fit by doing just 10 minutes of yoga on a daily basis. She also talks about relationships in India in the 21st century, a topic on which she has also written a book about.

Ira has written eight books including fiction, non fiction and children’s books. Ira has won several awards for her work including the UK Media Award for her work on bride trafficking and the Devi Women’s Award for dynamism and innovation. In 2017, she was honoured as one of BBC’s 100 most influential women in the world. She holds the highest training in yoga, the Acharya training from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre.
