Dogs and Humans ... A Conversation

Mother Nature Network reports that researchers at the University of Salford in the U.K. have shown how dogs and humans communicate.
In many respects, dogs communicate with humans much the same way babies figure out how to communicate … using referential gestures.
If a baby wants something, they will point at it and look at their mother or father.
While dogs' gestures were not universally the same, there appears to be common threads shared amongst the many members of this lovable species
Commonly used gestures often refer to requests for petting, food & drink, and going outside, and most all this gesturing involved eye contact.
