An emotional Hannah Deacon - whose son Alfie Dingley has a rare genetic condition which mean he can have up to 300 seizures a month today - said she is "overwhelmed" and "grateful" after the Home Secretary Sajid Javid announced that he has authorised a license for the six-year-old to use cannabis oil.
