In a fresh twist to the much hyped alliance race to 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Mayawati's Bahujan Samaj Party rules out alliance with congress for Madhya Pradesh polls. BSP says that it was not in talks with the congress for an alliance for the Madhya Pradesh assembly polls slated for later this year.
