Train services were disrupted as a magnitude 5.3 earthquake hit Japan’s Osaka Prefecture on the morning of June 18.This video shows an apparently halted train at Kyoto’s Inari Station, near the popular Fushimi Inari Shrine.The Japan Times reported at least three deaths and eight injuries.
