Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivers his opening remarks at the fourth meeting of Niti Aayog's Governing Council which is currently underway to discuss various issues, including measures taken to double farmers' income and progress of flagship schemes. Development agenda for 'new India 2022' is also expected to be approved in the meeting.
