Is CBSE cheating on its students by using Moderation Policy?

It is hard to believe that lakhs of students who appeared for class 12th board exam this year have been cheated by CBSE every year and this year was no exception. Cbse had been found to “unfairly” moderate students marks. Even though union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar and Central government had asked CBSE to do away with such practices from 2018 but apparently CBSE has turned a deaf ear to their request.
