Elon Musk's Boring Co Is Building A High-Speed Chicago Airport Link

Chicago has selected Elon Musk’s Boring Co to build a $1 billion underground transit system. The system will whisk people from Chicago’s downtown Loop district to O’Hare International Airport at 150 miles per hour. The system will travel the 17 miles from downtown to O’Hare in 12 minutes, reports Reuters. With current subway transportation, the trip currently takes 30 to 45 minutes. O'Hare International Airport is one of the world’s busiest airports.
