An enterprising man in China tied two stools to his feet to cross a flooded street.
In the video, shot in Guangzhou City in southern China's Guangdong Province on June 8, the young man moves carefully through the water as other citizens walk through the flooded street.
A man in the video can be heard saying: "We all had the same nine-year compulsory education. What made him so outstanding?"
