A gas pipeline operated by China National Petroleum Corp exploded on Sunday (June 10), injuring 24.

The clip, captured in Qianxinan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in southwestern China's Guizhou Province, shows a huge ball of fire lighting up the night sky.

According to reports, a gas leak from the pipeline caused the explosion.

Rescue workers soon arrived at the scene.

The fire has since been extinguished.

According to reports, the pipeline is an extension of a Myanmar-China gas line that delivers natural gas from the Myanmar coast to southwest China.
