« The Tailend is a family run business which has been in the fish industry for four generations. All of the fish we serve is supplied by our own fish house in Arbroath, G&A Spink Fish Merchants. Our fish is ethically caught by MSC Registered Boats from the North Sea and we then process 95% of our fish ourselves.

The Tailend has just been listed as the top Restaurant in Scotland by the National Fish & Chip Awards and one of the top 10 in the UK! »
