As the congress and JDS continue to figure out their jugaad government, the lingayat community, on the shoulders of whom the party ran a major campaign has been snubbed by the congress as only 4 lingayat leaders have been accommodated in the 25 member state cabinet. Senior lingayat leaders like MB Patil and HK Patil have been left out of the cabinet. Sources tell NewsX that the community is not pleased with this.
