For now, wagering in Delaware will be limited to the state's three casinos before expanding online.
But it is the only state on the East Coast offering legal athletics wagering.
Gambling on sports has been partially legal in Delaware since 1992, when they obtained an exemption from the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act.
