TWO men were caught red-handed dismantling a car in broad daylight on Monday.
The two were arrested in Freeport around midday.
Police received information and went to an isolated area in Waterloo where they found the shell of a Mitsubishi Libero, with most of the parts nearby.
A license plate PBP 9300 was found among the heap of the parts.
The two were arrested and taken to the Freeport police station.
