POLICE in Kitwe have arrested 14 thugs in the gruesome beating of the man in the video circulating on social media.
The notorious 14 boys were arrested after they allegedly stripped naked a 16 year old boy whom they hit with stones and sticks before forcing him to eat his own faecal matter and they also allegedly forced him to masturbate in their presence.
