Ive included the quantities that I used when making these delicious cupcakes:\r

220g plain flour\r
80g cocoa powder\r
1 3/4 tsp baking powder\r
3/4 tsp baking soda\r
3/4 tsp salt\r
135 ml grapeseed oil\r
150g caster sugar\r
165g brown sugar\r
2 large eggs\r
1 tsp vanilla \r
1/2 tsp almond extr\r
240 ml sour cream\r
180ml hot coffee - I used instant coffee\r
