It Was A Morning I Will Never Forget In The Philippines.\r

Do you need to take a special forces Condor boat to Buluan Island in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay?! Absolutely not. Most of the time you simply rent a pump boat and take a peaceful 30 minute ride to this amazing Marine Sanctuary Island. But, I was offered the chance to ride with some military to Buluan Island. How could I say no!? This amazing island is so beautiful, and literally has a Special Forces base on it. I decided to accept the ride as I just wanted to show you what is always patrolling the area 24/7 as well as the beauty of this place.\r

You are in good hands and shouldnt hesitate to visit Buluan Island! Although, if you are a foreign national and thinking about visiting anywhere around the Zamboanga Peninsula, please be aware that there still are some difficult areas, and that you should be with local friends or connections.\r
