牛肩肉500克 - 500g of chuck steak\r
洋蔥1個 - 1 onion\r
蒜1個 - 1clove of garlic\r
辣椒1條 - 1 chili \r
紅蘿蔔2條 - 2 carrots\r
豆角15條 - 15 green beans\r
馬鈴薯2個 - 2 potatoes\r
紅腰豆100克 - 100g of kidney beans\r
麵粉2湯匙 - 2tbsp of plain flour\r
牛油20克 - 20g of butter\r
番茄膏1湯匙 - 1tbsp of tomato puree\r
醋1茶匙 - 1tsp of vinegar\r
甜椒粉2茶匙 - 2tsp of sweet paprika\r
葛縷種子1湯匙 - 1tbsp of caraway seeds\r
黑胡椒粉1茶匙 - 1tsp of black pepper\r
牛肉湯1.5公升 - 1.5L of beef stock\r
月桂葉2片 - 2 bay leaves\r
酸忌廉 - Sour cream\r
