Before exiting as the 25th Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard, Admiral Paul F. Zukunft was awarded by the President of The United States and the U.S Coast Guard for his leadership domestically and abroad relating to efforts in the Arctic, cyber, western hemisphere and human capital strategies.
