Several types of chocolate can be distinguished. Pure, unsweetened chocolate contains primarily cocoa solids and cocoa butter in varying proportions. Much of the chocolate consumed today is in the form of sweet chocolate, combining chocolate with sugar. Milk chocolate is sweet chocolate that additionally contains milk powder or condensed milk. In the U.K. and Ireland, milk chocolate must contain a minimum of 20% total dry cocoa solids; in the rest of the European Union, the minimum is 25%.White chocolate contains cocoa butter, sugar, and milk, but no cocoa solids. \r

White chocolate, although similar in texture to that of milk and dark chocolate, does not contain any cocoa solids. Because of this, many countries do not consider white chocolate as chocolate at all.\r

So here we are going to make molded chocolate.It is very easy and fun to make.So lets get started.\r

Ingredients:\r
Dark Chocolate 1/2 cup \r
Milk Chocolate 1/2 cup\r
White Chocolate 1/2 cup\r
Chocolate mold\r

Method: First i just shredded my chocolate chunks with a knife or vegetable peeler.Now i am going to show you double boiler processes.In a pan take some water and let it heat.Then Take a steel bowl or a glass bowl and place it in the top layer.One the bowl hot then add the chocolate.Here i am adding white chocolate first.Keep string with a spatula and let it melt completely. One it is melt completely then pour it into a bowl.In the same way melt the other chocolate also.One it is done then pour it into the chocolate mold spoon by spoon.You will get different shapes mold in the market and they are pretty cheap.Then tap it using your finger gently and keep it into the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.After 15-20 minutes chocolate candy will be set and hard enough and you can remove from the mold.It is very easy and simple to make.You can make any holiday party or in special occasions.Every body loves to eat chocolate like kids, young stuffs.Try this chocolate at your home and enjoy with your kids, family and with the friends.I am sure they will appreciate you so much.Enjoy..\r
