My own journey was a rollercoaster ride of trial and error. Like many of you, I had my own battles to overcome. I was plagued with anxiety, insomnia, constipation, depression and an overall lack of self worth. To hide my insecurities I partied like a rock star!\r

Yes, it was fun for a while (and theres still a little party girl in me)…but of course my lifestyle started catching up with me…and I could see it in the mirror. Lines on my face, cellulite, belly fat, disgust with myself, sadness and a feeling of unworthiness. \r
\r
Lucky that I grew up with parents that believed in detoxification and throughout my wild years I would constantly take time out to cleanse my body. Experimenting with all sorts of different types from fasting, to drinking cups of oil, to herbs, to coffee enemas…you name it, I tried it! \r

It was during my cleanses that I was able to reconnect with myself to build a sense of peace and self worth. This time to myself became a window of opportunity, I began to gain control over the anxiety and other issues in my body through the food I ate, the thoughts I repeated and the soul growth that took place.\r

This is why Im so passionate about detox! The change that ripples through every aspect in your life when you make simple changes to your diet is astounding. When you allow your body the time it needs to heal and repair it will give you more than you expected. Ive now had the great pleasure of seeing it happen for my clients, friends and family. \r
