Biscuit cake - Recipe

Ingredients for Biscuit cake\r
1 packet Parle G \r
1 packet Hidenseek\r
1 cup milk\r
1 sachet unflavoured Eno\r

Method: Finely grind the biscuits and mix other ingredients. Butter a mould and steam it like you make dhoklas for around 20 mins on slow flame. Keep the vessel covered all the time. Uncover in last five minutes. \r

To check if the cake is cooked, prick it with knife or a toothpick. If nothing sticks on it, it is done!\r
