Chocolate Sponge Cake\r
Ingredients:\r
5 large egg whites (160 grams)\r
1 teaspoon white vinegar\r
120 grams fine Sugar/or caster Sugar\r
4 large egg yolks (72 grams)\r
90 grams plain flour\r
30 grams cacao powder\r
1/2 teaspoon salt\r
20 grams oil (20 ml)\r
30 grams milk (30 ml)\r
1 teaspoon vanilla essence\r
pan size 18 cm\r

Baking temperature and time:\r
150°C for 35 minutes, and then 170°C for 3 minutes.\r

Baking time may vary depending on the type and accuracy of you oven.\r

Dont need baking powder for this recipe !!!
