Video captures Germany flash floods that allowed zoo animals to escape

Storms that have been raging through Germany over the past week has caused flooding in the town of Lünebach.

The floods even allowed several animals to escape from the nearby Eifel zoo, with one bear being shot dead.

The escaped tigers, lions and a jaguar were later found by drone.

The clip, filmed on June 1 shows the devastation of the floods in a small part of the town.

High rainfall has caused dangerous flooding across much of the country's West.
