A daredevil OAP has confounded critics again by completing an abseil at 105 - in the same year as becoming the oldest person in the world to ride a rollercoaster.

Thrill seeker Jack Reynolds, hailed "Superman" by his family, continues to prove age is just a number after taking part in a string of hair-raising stunts since turning 100.

The fearless centenarian soared into the record books in April last year after riding the Twistosaurus attraction at Yorkshire's Flamingo Land theme park.
