Dramatic dashcam footage shows the moment a teenage driver rammed a police car before speeding along a pavement packed with people during a high-speed chase. Reece Williams-Brown, 18, hit speeds of 60mph in a 40mph zone after he was spotted driving a stolen Nissan X-Trail on false plates. The car had been stolen from a driveway in Northfield, Birmingham, on November 12 when traffic cops saw it being driven in the Heartlands area of the city. Footage shows Williams-Brown being blocked into a cul-de-sac before reversing into the unmarked vehicle - which had its blue lights on - and speeding off.
