Portugal trained at their base in the Paris suburb of Marcoussis after arriving in France earlier on Thursday.

Captain Cristiano Ronaldo and the rest of squad participated in an open training session in front of fans.

Portugal's first game of the 2016 European Championships is against Iceland on the 14th June at the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard in Saint-Etienne.

Hungary and Austria are Portugal's other two opponents in Group F.

Portugal played three warm-up matches before the tournament - they began with a 3-0 home win over Norway on 29th May, followed by a 1-0 defeat at Wembley to England on 2nd June and a 7-0 thumping of Estonia on Wednesday.

Cristiano Ronaldo didn't play in any of those matches- he was allowed extra time off after a long season with Real Madrid that culminated with victory in the UEFA Champions League final.

Perfect preparation before their upcoming Euro 2016 matches.
