Man sets up community radio station in the back of the local pub
  • 5 years ago
A man has become the voice of his community after setting up a local radio station - from the back room of his local PUB.

Paul Hillier, 50, established Radio Walkham as he loved presenting and mixes his one-man show with his full-time job as a furniture store boss.

He goes on air for three hours each morning and another three in the evening, either side of doing a full day at his regular job.

Paul initially bought his radio equipment to set up the station in his own home in Horrabridge, Devon but struggled for space.
