The reckless driver winds down the window and moments later brandishes a handgun which they point at the grey 4×4 pick up truck travelling in the outside lane. With one hand on the wheel, he lets off a single shot and a loud bang is heard as the bullet whizzes by the truck which is just a few feet away.
