These monstrous milkshakes could be Britain's unhealthiest drinks
  • 5 years ago
The deliciously decadent creations - dubbed 'freakshakes' - have the same amount of calories as two full English breakfasts, two roast dinners or 19 Freddos. Drizzled with sauce, showered in sprinkles, cookies, marshmallows and pretzels and topped with doughnuts and cream, they are a terrifying drink/desert mash-up. The mega-calorie shakes are being whipped up by staff at Beehive Coffee House, who deny that there is anything wrong with glugging one down as an occasional treat. Flavours include Oreo, peanut butter, coffee, honey, vanilla and chocolate, with the sticky, sweet caramel flavour being the least healthy. There are also slightly healthier options which are loaded with fresh fruit, such as coconut, strawberry and raspberry.
