Teenagers Caught Throwing Fireworks At Cars Then Fleeing As They Explode.

Footage shows the group shooting the lit explosives towards a block of flats, which then bounce off the roofs of cars parked on a housing estate late at night. Two cyclists are seen in the 20-second lip riding past the gangs moments before the explosives are launched. After the fireworks explode near the flats under some trees, the gang of around seven men wearing dark clothes jump in the air with excitement. They then run across the road towards the explosion to see the damage caused to the flats in Hackney, east London at around 10pm on Saturday. Shulem Stern, who is from the Stamford Hill-based Jewish neighbourhood watch group, Shomrim, said the action of the gang was very dangerous and more needs to be done by the emergency services to tackle it.
