The shocking CCTV footage shows an unknown elderly man browsing at goods through the shop window, as a BMW 5-series pulls up alongside him. A man wearing a balaclava then gets out of the car, armed with a large axe which he holds up behind the pensioner’s head before smashing the window. The pensioner turns round to confront to masked stranger, as the glass is battered another five or six times. The raid, which took place at the Cashbrokers shop in Halesowen, Birmingham, at around 10.30am on Tuesday (27/10).
