Hundreds of flowers adorn bridge in tribute to air crash victims
  • 5 years ago
One side of the Old Toll Bridge, which runs over the River Adur in Shoreham, began to be filled with tributes and flowers of all colours. People wearing suits, seemingly on their way to work, came to lay bunches in a mark of respect as the flowers ran at least 50 metres along the wooden footbridge. Heartfelt tributes were also paid to Maurice Abrahams, the chauffeur believed to have been killed when the Hawker Hunter struck his limo.
