One of Britain’s oldest women cast her vote at grand age of 104

Eunice Betty Knight, who is partially blind, was wheeled to her polling station by staff at Skirbeck Court Care Home in Boston, Lincs., where she is a resident. Due to her lack of eyesight, a nominated member of staff helped her to put an ‘x’ in her chosen box at Boston Polling Station. Mrs Knight, who has lived through 19 prime ministers, four monarchs and two world wars, said: "I think we should vote. I won’t tell anyone who I voted for. That’s a secret."
