Scotland’s biggest Star Wars fan builds a Star Wars themed bathroom

Building site manager, Eric Blair, 57, spent two weeks converting his bathroom that includes replica lights from the Emperor’s Death Star, a lightsaber toilet roll holder and a Millennium Falcon mirror. The bathroom’s sink was made from a slice of granite that Eric cleaned and polished up with the addition of a basin made from an old Ford Zetec engine. Darth Vader’s lightsaber has been made to look as if it is cutting through the granite and makes noises when visitors use the sink and enter the bathroom. The married father-of-two, who included models of Darth Vader and R2-D2 into the room, even built the Millennium Falcon mirror from scratch by carving and painting it to look like one of his favourite star ships.
