A woman who was born with both female and male genitalia has decided to change her gender after living 40 years as a man. The break down of her marriage to another woman prompted Caroline Kinsey, 42, to live as a female. Caroline, who grew up as Carl, suffers from a rare sexual development disorder where her reproductive organs and genitals have not developed normally. Instead of having female or male genitalia, she has a blend of both sexual characteristics.
