The president appeared to have been in a foul mood, earlier in the day he told off Nairobi governor mike Sonko Mbuvi asking him to desist from making veiled threats. This, during the launch of the Nairobi titling program, where Sonko brought up the thorny issue of his decision to nominate controversial political activist Miguna Miguna as his deputy governor.
