These are the 14 steps you have to take in order to complete it:\r
1) Kill people to get a 2 star wanted level\r
2) Steal a PCJ from Sals mansion, get 3 stars\r
3) Get on the train tracks, get down near Calahan Bringe\r
4) Drive to Staunton Island and steal a fire truck\r
5) Get a 4 star wanted level\r
6) Drive to the parking lot, steal the Freeway\r
7) Get a 5 star wanted level\r
8) Drive to the docks and steal a boat\r
9) Go to the airport\r
10) Steal the police car, drive to your favorite roof\r
11) Get a 6 star wanted level\r
12) Steal a vehicle, respray it\r
13) Jump to the other part of the island via the stunt\r
14) Save at the safehouse\r
