The video addresses the issues that women face when trying to break into an industry or work. Women are faced with more challenges than their male counters and some end up taking paths/routes that hurt their career in the long run.
"Fake it till you make it" should be a short-term goal in your strategy. It should only be employed to build confidence for the competent woman. You cannot fake what you don't know. If you fake what you don’t, you will soon be "found out" and exposed to your great demise.
