chicken white karahi qeema

1/2 kg chicken mince\r
oil 1/4 cup\r
yogurt 1/2 cup\r
salt 1/2 tsp\r
garam masala pwd 1/4 tsp\r
dry roasted cumin pwd 1 tsp\r
dry roasted coriander pwd 1 tsp\r
black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp\r
ginger paste 1 tsp\r
garlic paste 1 tsp\r
green chili chopped or paste 1 tbsp\r
paste of 1 med size onion or 1 cup\r
green chilies 3,4\r
ginger sliced 1/2 inch piece\r
fresh coriander 2,3 tbsp\r
cream 2,3 tsp\r
preheat oil in a pan and add onion paste\r
when water gets dry from it add chicken,G.G paste and all spices.\r
mix well and cook 2 minutes.\r
when chicken,s water gets dry add yogurt and slow down the flame to cook mince properly.\r
when it become tender add green chilies,ginger sliced and fresh coriander in it.\r
mix and add cream .simmer for 1 minute and serve with hot and crispy parathas.
