Care Minister wants to see women in top NHS jobs

The Minister of State for Care says she wants to make sure that women can progress through to the top roles in the NHS. Caroline Dinenage MP was speaking after the launch of a review to eliminate the gender pay gap in medicine. The NHS has an overall gender pay gap of 23% despite the fact that it employs far more women than men. Report by Jonesia.
