Ford EcoSport S & Ford EcoSport Signature edition launched in India. Both variants feature sportier design cues and several new features including smoked HID headlamps and a blacked-out fog lamp bezel. Ford has also introduced an electronic sunroof called the ‘Fun Roof’

An 8-inch touchscreen system takes care of infotainment requirements. The instrument cluster includes a 4.2-inch screen that displays all vital vehicle information. The ‘S’ is now the top-spec variant in Ford’s EcoSport line-up in India. The EcoSport S rides on 17-inch 5-spoke alloys.

Ford has plonked in the award-winning 1.0-litre, 3-Cylinder EcoBoost Engine. With a maximum power output of 123bhp and a peak torque output of 170Nm, the EcoSport S Is More Fun To Drive. The EcoBoost engine is Paired to an all-new slick-shifting 6-speed gearbox. The Ford EcoBoost engine has won the International Engine Of The Year Award six times in a row.

Ford is also offering the EcoSport with Its 1.5-Litre TDCi turbo-diesel engine. The 99bhp produced by this engine drives the front wheels via a 5-speed manual gearbox. Ford has given paramount importance to safety and has equipped the EcoSport S with 6 airbags
