Ingredients for Beetroot Raita:
2 cups - curd
Black salt to taste
1 tsp - cumin seeds powder
1 - Beetroot - steamed & grated
1 - grated cucumber
2 tsp - honey
1 tbsp - mint leaves
2 tbsp - coriander leaves

Method of preparation for Beetroot Raita:
In a bowl add curd, black salt, cumin seeds powder, whisk them.
Add Beetroot, cucumber, and honey.
Mix them well and add mint leaves, coriander leaves.
Give them a mix.
Our Beetroot Raita is ready.

Ingredients for Palak Raita:
1- 1/2 cup - curd
1 cup Spinach/ palak ( steamed & chopped )
1/2 Tomato Chopped
2 tbsp - Onions chopped
Coriander leaves (chopped)
1 tsp - cumin seeds powder
1/2 tsp - red chili powder
Black salt to taste

Method of preparation for Palak Raita:
In a bowl add curd, palak, tomato, Onions, coriander leaves, cumin seeds powder, red chili powder, black salt to taste. Give it a mix.
Our Palak Raita is ready.

Ingredients for Pumpkin Raita:
1- 1/2 cup - curd
100 grams pumpkin (steamed& grated )

Tempering for the raita:
1/2 tsp - Oil
1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
1/4 tsp - asafoetida
5-6 curry leaves
1/2 tsp - garlic chopped
1 tsp - cumin seeds powder
1/2 tsp - red chili powder

Method of preparation for Pumpkin Raita:
In a bowl add curd, pumpkin.
In a wok add oil, mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, garlic and our tempering is ready.
Add the tempering, cumin seeds powder, red chili powder, black salt to taste and coriander leaves to the curd mixture and give it a mix.
Our Pumpkin Raita is ready.
