It seems that trouble is mounting for ICICI chief Chanda Kochhar after security and exchange board of India has served a notice to her in the Videcon-ICICI loan case. Chanda Kochhar seems to be caught up in a case of conflict of interest in the Rs 3,250 crore Videocon group loan case even as the board has expressed full faith and confidence in its managing director and chief executive officer. The case meanwhile is under investigation.
