Camp Guardian is a location in the Mojave Wasteland, located south-east of Ranger Station Bravo. It is near the waters of Lake Mead, and it is one of the farthest NCR outposts found in the east.\r

Approaching the camp, the Courier may pick up a Camp Guardian distress call. The signal informs the Courier of an attack on the camp by an unknown group of mutant creatures. The voice in the call seems to be in dire need of help. The area surrounding Camp Guardian, on the path up to Guardian Peak, is populated by a few radscorpions of various types and quite a lot of giant rats. Traveling up the narrow path will lead to Guardian Peak and the Camp Guardian caves.\r

A radio distress signal brings us here, and, through ll log notes scattered about the camp, we pieced together that something happened to the men and women stationed here, and a blood trail leads us to a cave full of lakelurks, and the only survivor\r
