US imposes tough sanctions against Russian businessmen

Acting on a law passed by Congress last year, the Trump administration has announced sweeping sanctions against seven high-profile Russian businessmen, including Oleg Deripaska, Viktor Vekselberg and Suleiman Kerimov, and a dozen of their companies.
